-ABOUT US-



- 3 female and 1 males, early 30s, working full time (Kelsey - Marketing, Sam - Automotive, Mae - Admin and Chloe - Automotive). Social but also enjoy our own space/time.

- Two cats that are both friendly (Felix - will try to convince you he hasn't been fed and clings to Kelsey, Spyro - more likely to snuggle up with you once he is comfortable)

- Known to smack talk the neighbours cats, watch Felix and Spyro have one outs and judge each others UberEats orders. Watch shows like MAFS, I’m a Celebrity and Treasure Island every now and then. Not a party house but open to flat hangs.

- To keep things fair and the flat clean, we have a rotating roster for household cleaning.



-ABOUT YOU-



- Late 20s - mid 30s, previous flatting experience, clean, keen to stay long term, after a chill flat, friendly

- Ideally works Monday - Friday. No night shift.

- Lgbtqia+ individuals are welcome. No smokers, couples or pets (Spyro and Felix will happily accept cuddles and pats) due to tenancy restrictions.



-HOUSE-



- Fully furnished with two heat pumps to keep warm during winter. The yard has 4 decks so you’re spoilt for choice on where to tan or chill during the Summer.

- Plenty of grass and concrete in the yard, large lounge, dining area, open plan kitchen with plenty of appliances and two shared main bathrooms.

- There is road parking available. Local area: Lots of takeaway options, gyms, malls. supermarkets. Bus stop + close drive to the motorway.
