The house itself is a spacious modern home. There is driveway parking and off-street parking available. Unfortunately, there is no access to public transport within walking distance.



We're located off Flatbush School Road, and are minutes away from Ormiston Town Centre, near to Manukau or Botany. Motorway access isn't too far away either.



You'll be living with 6 other flatmates (3 guys and 3 gals), in our mid 20s+ working full time. We're all busy during the week and mostly keep to ourselves but catch up for drinks or a board games night every now and then.



Ideally, we would like someone who is 20+, easy going, tidy, respectful of others etc.
